A map for a story I'm going to be writing. It's also my geography assignment.

I'm theming it in late 800s. So, mideval stuff.
Shoot me some cool old names you would use and explain their meaning? I need a lot of help for characters and in-depth locations that aren't on the map. This is very rough so you may not be able to read any of my current shit, but I'm going to be doing a digital copy soon. :>

Also, nordic countries, any suggestions for the name of the continent?
